There are two options for video consultations, our own practice video consultations or LIVI – 

Practice service

You will have first been triaged by one of the Dr’s who may then decide to undertake a video consultation as this enables them to see the exact nature of your condition and also carry out basic observations.

LIVI

See a GP by video with LIVI. Even at the weekend.

Patients of Woodland Road Surgery can now see an NHS GP by video using LIVI. Get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals on the same day – even at weekends. The service is provided free on
the NHS.

LIVI GPs are all GMC-registered NHS GPS, who (with your consent) will be able to access your medical records and give you a considered, in-depth diagnosis based on your medical history.
