Requesting Letters to Work from Home
It is the responsibility of your employer to make an assessment with regards to your health condition/s, role and working environment. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot provide letters from your GP to give to your employer to enable home working.
Following the start of the coronavirus pandemic in early 2020 the UK governments have periodically asked people to reduce mixing with others and work from home if at all possible.
If you can’t work from home, your employer should help you find ways to avoid unnecessary contact.

We urge you to speak with your employer directly to agree reasonable adjustments should you deem these appropriate.
As a result we will not be issuing letters to these requests.
Alternatively you can arrange access to your medical record via the the NHS App. Click here. By using the app you will be able to provide your employer with information straight from your record that they can then use when considering your request for working adjustments.
